Our Courses

As a practitioner and educator, my goal across all my offerings is to help you find balance, strength, and healing—whether that is through targeted physical therapy, energy work, or martial arts.
 

In my clinical training courses, I teach advanced techniques like Myofascial Cupping, which is designed for manual therapists and bodyworkers who want to deliver deeper, more effective pain relief. Alongside these physical modalities, I teach traditional Japanese Usui Reiki and Meditation. These courses are close to my heart because they focus on the internal side of healing. I guide students through the core pillars of energy work, mindfulness, and breathwork, showing you how to tune into your body's natural frequencies to relieve stress and support both your own well-being and that of others.
 

Movement is just as vital to health as stillness, which is why I also run My Joyful Dojo. Drawing on my 30 years of martial arts experience, I lead early morning Zoom sessions that blend traditional Shotokan Karate with yoga stretches, Tai Chi, and Qigong. I designed this program to fit into busy modern lives, allowing us to build functional strength and self-defense skills together from our own spaces. Whether you join me for a clinical workshop, a meditation class, or a morning on the mat, my focus is always on giving you the practical tools and confidence to grow.
